God created us, sustains us, and loves us. Because He is love, He allows us choice, which opens the door for Satan to try to mess with the obvious.
Anything that begins to turn our mind away from God’s provision and love is evil, for it is in God, alone, that we find our identity, purpose, sustenance, and hope.
It is clear how much He loves us, and we can ignore or humbly accept this truth. When we truly accept this, our lives will be dramatically different, and we will be free indeed.
