Healthy People Fear What They Should Fear

 "I tell you, my friends, do not fear those who kill the body, and after that have nothing more that they can do. But I will warn you whom to fear: fear him who, after he has killed, has authority to cast into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him!”  Luke 12:4-5 (ESV)

Those who refuse to acknowledge and think about the truth should live in fear. They may not be living in fear because they are and have been refusing to look at what is inevitable.

Those who look honestly at the future see and understand that one day, they will no longer be alive on earth. They know that there were years of history that was formed before they ever came into existence, and there will be years of history after they are gone that has nothing to do with them. They realize that they will be physically dead much longer than they are physically alive on this earth, and that all they owned or controlled in this life will one day be owned and controlled by someone else.

Those who are honest know that it is appointed unto man to die, to face judgment, and to live in Heaven or Hell for eternity. Ignoring the idea of God and eternity does not lessen its reality.

Healthy people fear what they should fear, and this fear allows them to live freely within the plans and purposes that were intended for them since before the beginning.
